ANCESTRAL
Ancestral exists to restore alignment between biology, environment, and human responsibility — beyond ideology, trends, or convenience.
We believe the world deserves to be informed that health is a fundamental human right.
Over time, this truth has been obscured by private interests driven by profit,
distancing individuals from informed choice and biological reality.
Ancestral exists to restore transparency, responsibility, and respect for natural law —
without persuasion, ideology, or dilution.
To impact individuals who, without realizing it, have been trapped
within narratives imposed by systems that prioritize control and
convenience over genuine health.
Ancestral exists to confront modern blindness — not through fear,
but through evidence, lived experience, and biological truth.
Our greatest reward is witnessing transformation:
hearing stories of people who regain their health, clarity, and pride
after realizing their bodies were never broken — only misinformed.
Within a 5-year horizon, Ancestral aims to cultivate a living community
of at least 5,000 active members — united not by trends,
but by a shared understanding of human biology, personal responsibility,
and alignment with nature.
This community will serve as living proof that individuals are willing
to question modern health paradigms, apply ancestral principles in real
life, and demonstrate — through measurable results — that another model
of wellness is possible.
Growth will not be forced or mass-driven, but organic —
evidence of resonance, not popularity.
To disseminate our way of thinking and interpret acquired information
through our own biological lens.
This does not claim absolute correctness — but if our philosophy
resonates with you, you are one of ours.
We exist to express information freely, independently, and without
allegiance to institutions whose incentives often contradict health.
For those who require scientific proof to be convinced:
you may wait — studies exist for every interest.
When it comes to health, we stand alone.
A real story — measured, lived, tested, and verified.
My story does not begin with me. It begins with my mother.
In the 1980s she was diagnosed with diabetes. I was between nine and ten years old. I grew up hearing what was repeated as absolute truth: that diseases are natural, that we must learn to live with them, and that some are even “sent by God.”
As a child, I accepted that idea. I became a spectator. I believed there was nothing to be done.
My mother followed every instruction she knew: eating “healthy,” consuming large amounts of fruits and vegetables, using herbal remedies, even going as far as drinking her own urine. She was willing to try anything. She avoided meat. She avoided the sun because we were told it caused cancer. She lived permanently in the shade.
She never broke her relationship with sugar. From processed foods to spoonfuls taken directly to sweeten her mouth. Sometimes she would even confuse sugar with salt. It was funny because of the faces she made — until it stopped being funny.
Her health deteriorated over the years.
In 2007 she fractured her hip after a fall, and over time she began losing her sight. By 2012, I was diagnosed with diabetes.
She cried. She told me it was the worst disease God had sent her, but that she accepted it humbly because that was His will. And now I had it too. We both believed my diabetes was hereditary. Modern science said the same.
I resigned myself.
On February 10, 2018, my mother died blind, after decades of obeying exactly what she had been told.
On September 19, 2017, one of my daughters was born — Sahara Ximena. My mother was able to touch her, kiss her, and bless her with her hands.
I chose the name Sahara for what it represents: immense, mysterious, powerful, untamed, filled with hidden treasures. Over time I noticed something that still shakes me: she was born on the same day as my birthday.
I looked at her… and I saw myself.
If my mother’s destiny had been that, was it also mine? And my daughter’s?
That thought split me in two.
On November 27, 2020, my other little girl was born — Angelina Guadalupe, carrying my mother’s name. She was born premature at seven months, with multiple health complications.
Today I know something I did not understand then: I was already too sick.
I searched for answers where everyone searches: exercise, discipline, willpower. The message was clear: eat less and move more.
I began training while obese, hypertensive, and diabetic. It was painful. I thought it hurt because I was doing it wrong, but I continued because my desire to live was stronger than the pain.
To improve, I pursued certifications: first as a fitness and strength trainer, then as a trainer specialized in women, and later in obesity and type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
I weighed food. I counted calories. I measured portions.
Results? Yes. My glucose dropped from over 200 mg/dL to 126 mg/dL. That is called controlled diabetes.
But it was not reversal.
I believed that was the price to pay.
On the night of May 9, 2022, my daughter Sahara, almost five years old, took my phone to watch TikTok. A video appeared of a bald man saying, “Fruit is not food — leave it to the birds.”
I thought he was crazy and took the phone away.
But that night I couldn’t sleep. I stayed up watching his content until dawn. I began seeing more material about diabetes reversal.
I searched for the definition of reversal, and something broke open in my mind.
The next day I told the mother of my daughters: “Today, May 10, I begin a new path.”
On January 13, 2022 my labs showed: HbA1c 9.6%, glucose 211 mg/dL, triglycerides 325 mg/dL. My doctor wanted to prescribe statins.
I chose to measure before obeying.
From May 10 to June 14, the numbers spoke: HbA1c 6.6%, glucose ~120 mg/dL, triglycerides ~120 mg/dL. No statins.
I continued alone, without imposing, persuading, or forcing, even though many judged me for abandoning tortillas and beans.
On June 14, 2023, the moment of truth arrived.
My HbA1c was 5.5%, below even the risk range. That was when I understood: diabetes could be reversed.
I continued learning, applying, and measuring. The Modern Human Nutrition certification continues to evolve, integrating new protocols and tools to counteract the effects of an environment that changed faster than our biology.
Our biological system has not changed in 30,000 years. Our environment has.
When I understood the core message and the responsibility to help others by informing through example, I turned to my older children.
We built a plan.
My son JR., still in high school, chose to train in computer systems. Later, he left a significant job opportunity to follow the plan we designed together.
In 2025, he graduated, and we entered university together to study Computer Systems Engineering with one goal: to build this community and our own platform.
I would be the communicator. He would be the developer.
We are not ready because of wisdom. We are ready because of attitude.
I do not seek to alarm or frighten anyone. I only share my story.
This community does not exist to impose. It exists to wait for those who decide to search.
We do not promise miracles. We teach understanding. Because when someone understands their body, they stop resigning themselves.
Now I am going to walk barefoot, touch the earth, and take in the sun. Healing is not always a fight. Sometimes, it is a return to the origin.
Ancestral is built through lived experimentation — not abstract belief.
Circadian alignment, environmental biology, ancestral nutrition,
and natural exposure form the foundation of our work.
We document what withstands reality, not what conforms to comfort.
Ancestral is not built on opinion. Our work is supported by formal training, verified certifications, and lived application.
Professional certification focused on resistance training, physical conditioning, program design, and progressive adaptation of the human body.
Advanced specialization in female training, accounting for hormonal, physiological, and biomechanical factors across different life stages.
Certification in safe and effective exercise prescription for individuals with obesity and Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, with emphasis on metabolic health and glycemic control.
Comfort has replaced competence.
Artificial environments have quietly eroded resilience,
disconnecting biology from the conditions it evolved to thrive in.
This collapse is subtle — measurable — and reversible.
Biology responds to physics — not opinion.
Truth requires responsibility, not belief.
The past informs the present when understood correctly.
Health begins with autonomy and awareness.
This world is not for everyone.
If you resonate at the same frequency, you are invited to join
Hijos del Sol and learn how to reverse disease
through biological alignment.
If you believe we are extreme or radical, you lose nothing by leaving —
only remember this:
biology does not care about opinions.
For over 40,000 years, the human organism has remained the same.
Our biology did not change — our environment did.
Real change requires conviction and courage, not blind faith.
Progress demands swimming against the current —
but always with truth in hand.
This is where you step back into alignment.
